The Lab is run by academics and technologists working as one team. The work is collective, and the credit is shared: everyone who makes the Lab what it is, named for what they do.
Many of the team are homegrown from Westminster's own graduates. The technologist, a role of the Lab's own making, is technically fluent and academically purposed. It is the role that makes the one-team model work.
A team of Lab Assistants supports day-to-day operation across the Lab and the IEL.
The Lab and the IEL are built and sustained with industry and institutional partners, and a supply chain of specialists. Taking lead public credit is made unimpeachable by crediting, generously and accurately, everyone else.
